Initiation Fee - New Members Only

River Chase Homeowners Association requires a per-household payment for new Full Association members. This one-time fee serves as the initiation fee and all funds collected are placed in the RCHA capital funds account. This account supports capital improvements to the neighborhood property.

Legacy Member - Annual Dues

Legacy Membership level is open to residents who moved into River Chase before 2005. Membership includes social activities and support for amenities and infrastructure only. No pool or tennis privileges are included at this membership level.

Seasonal Memberships
If you live outside of River Chase, we used to offer a limited number of memberships on a wait list basis...however we are currently at full capacity, no new members were added since 2020 and we have about 18+ families on the waiting list. Given the high number of River Chase residents who choose to become members, it is very unlikely we will be adding additional outside members soon.

Seasonal Membership Fee for returning members only. The Seasonal option is for non-River Chase residents and by invitation only. For the 2021 season we are at capacity and will likely not accept any new members. Seasonal Membership includes access to River Chase amenities such as the river front property, pool, tennis, and social activities.
